Maintenance Director - Maintain and repair the community's physical structures and utility systems and maintain the grounds. Install, service and repair mechanical equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Supervise support staff and contractors as applicable. Oversee housekeeping and van drivers.
Housekeeping Associate - Responsible for cleaning common living areas and resident apartments in the community.
Floor Technician - Provide elite service in ensuring our residents' home is safe and free from imperfections.
Transportation - Provide safe transportation services to residents of the community.
Dining Service Director - The Dining Services Director supervises all aspects of food service for the community, including hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, dining and storage areas and ensures equipment is clean and in good working order. The DSD receives consultation from a Registered Dietitian.
Dining Server – The Server is responsible for courteously serving resident and guest meals, and for clean-up and resetting of dining room following meal service.
Lead Cook -The Cook prepares meals according to approved menus and recipes, taking into account the special dietary needs of residents living in the community. In the absence of the Dining Services Director the cook supervises dietary staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen at all times.
Kitchen Associate - Assist the cook in the preparation and presentation of food. He/she will be responsible for the dishwashing area and the cleanliness of all dishes, silverware, and glassware, and will assist in other areas of the dining operation as needed.
Life Enrichment Director – develop and implement meaningful activity and recreational programs for the entire community, including Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC). The programs must embrace and fulfill the needs, as well as varied interests of the residents while promoting or enhancing physical and psychosocial wellbeing. Design of the programs will include social, sensory, physical, cognitive, reflective, nature, spiritual, activities and outings. The Life Enrichment Director shall manage volunteer recruitment efforts to create a robust volunteer program throughout the community.
Life Enrichment Coordinator – supports the Life Enrichment Director in implementing meaningful activity and recreational programs for the entire community, including Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC).
Harmony Square Director – Harmony Square Director is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations for the Harmony Square neighborhood, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for Harmony Square Residents
Sales and Marketing Director - oversee the internal and external marketing efforts of the community.
Move-In Coordinator is responsible for assisting all new residents and their families with the move-in process, including assisting with all required move-in documentation and completion of the residency agreement.
Executive Director – Lead a team of individuals who have a passion for serving our residents, their families and our associates. Be the leader who has a culture of experience excellence in your community!
Health Care Director - Coordinate the delivery of services outlined in the individual service plans and monitor to ensure they meet the service and health needs of the residents and promote wellness. The HCD directs the nurses and certified nursing assistants within the community to maintain a high standard of care. Communicates in a professional manner and represents the Community in a positive way with the medical community, family members, and residents.
Business Office Manager - Organize our processes, work with our residents, families and associates to keep the office engine running accurately and smoothly.
